INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch fresh cilantro, large stems removed
2 jalapenos, ends trimmed
2 garlic cloves, peeled
3 ounces
queso fresco
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
salt & freshly ground black pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapenos, garlic ricotta, lime juice, and 1/4 tsp salt to a a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Taste sauce and season with additional salt & pepper if needed.

If you can't find queso fresco you can substitute whole milk ricotta cheese or a mild feta cheese.
