Baked Blue Cheese and Beef Meatballs
Tender oven baked meatballs made with ground beef and blue cheese.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg until well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl then use your hands to mix everything together.
- Form the mixture into balls roughly 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Spread the meatballs out on a rimmed baking sheet then bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
