Baked Blue Cheese and Beef Meatballs

Tender oven baked meatballs made with ground beef and blue cheese.

Baked Blue Cheese and Beef Meatballs recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg until well combined.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl then use your hands to mix everything together.

  4. Form the mixture into balls roughly 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter.

  5. Spread the meatballs out on a rimmed baking sheet then bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
