Oat pancakes made from a batter consisting of bananas, oats, eggs, milk, and pure vanilla mixed in a blender.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 TBSP melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt



DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a griddle to 350°F.
  3. Scoop the batter in 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle. Once the pancakes have a few bubbles on top flip them over and cook on the other side, about 3 minutes per side.
