Banana Pumpkin Pie Bread

Ingredients
5 medium size ripe bananas, peeled
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 TBSP raw honey
2 large eggs
4 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 8x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Mash the bananas well in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the pumpkin puree, honey, eggs, butter, and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined.
4. Scrape the batter into the lined loaf pan and spread evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 65 to 75 minutes or until bread has an internal temperature of 200°F.
6. Transfer the bread from the pan to a cooling rack and allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
