Banana Strawberry Oat Waffles
Healthy gluten-free waffles made with rolled oats and naturally sweetened with fresh strawberries and bananas.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup freshly sliced strawberries
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- sliced banana and strawberries for topping
Directions
- Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend until oats are a fine powder.
- Add the sliced banana, strawberries, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt to the blender then blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a lightly greased waffle iron and cook until lightly browned.
