Banana Strawberry Oat Waffles

Healthy gluten-free waffles made with rolled oats and naturally sweetened with fresh strawberries and bananas.

Banana Strawberry Oat Waffles recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup freshly sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • sliced banana and strawberries for topping



Directions

  1. Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend until oats are a fine powder.

  2. Add the sliced banana, strawberries, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt to the blender then blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture onto a lightly greased waffle iron and cook until lightly browned.
