INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup freshly sliced strawberries
1 cup whole milk
2 large eggs
1 TBSP baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
sliced banana and strawberries for topping
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend until oats are a fine powder.
Add the sliced banana, strawberries, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt to the blender then blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto a lightly greased waffle iron and cook until lightly browned.
