INGREDIENTS
8 ounces rotini pasta
8 ounces
homemade bacon
, cut in small strips
6 ounces (1 cup) grape tomatoes, halved
6 ounces (3 cups) shredded romaine lettuce
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
2 TBSP milk
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water, set aside.
Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, drain on a paper towel and set aside.
In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
In a separate bowl mix together the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve.
