BLT Pasta Salad with Creamy Herb Dressing
Bacon, lettuce, tomato, and rotini pasta tossed with a creamy herb dressing.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 8 ounces homemade bacon, cut in small strips
- 6 ounces (1 cup) grape tomatoes, halved
- 6 ounces (3 cups) shredded romaine lettuce
- For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 TBSP milk
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse in cold water, set aside.
- Cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, drain on a paper towel and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- In a separate bowl mix together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve.
