In a separate large mixing bowl mix together the yeast and milk. Lightly beat 2 of the eggs and mix in with the yeast and milk. Add the butter, flour, and salt to the bowl and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough is formed. Place the dough on a well floured work surface and knead by hand for about 5 minutes. Form the dough into a ball and set aside.
Place the dough ball in the bowl with the oil and flip around a couple times to coat the outside in oil. Loosely cover the bowl and set in a warm place to rise, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and separate into 6 equal dough balls. Form dough ball into a dome shape by tucking the edges underneath and pinching the dough together on the bottom. Lightly flour a rimmed baking sheet and lay the buns on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the buns with a little more flour and allow to rise for 30 more minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Lightly beat the remaining egg and brush on enough egg to cover the the tops of the buns. When the oven has preheated bake the buns for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
