Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl mix together the milk, vinegar and butter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the milk mixture in with the flour mixture until well combined. Stir in the cheese and green onion.
- Scoop the dough mixture in 1/4 cup sizes onto a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until tops begin to brown.
