Ingredients
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, milk, and egg until well combined. Set aside until the breadcrumbs have soaked up the liquid, about 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl then use your hands to mix everything together.
- Form the mixture into balls roughly 1 1/2 inches in diameter (comes out to about 17 meatballs).
- Spread the meatballs out on a rimmed baking sheet then bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
