Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/8 tsp basil
  • 1/8 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • pinch of thyme
  • 6 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 TBSP heavy cream



Directions

  1. Boil the diced potatoes in a pot of water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F. Drain potatoes and place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in with the potatoes.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Uncover potatoes and bake an additional 10 minutes.
