Easy Garlic Butter Baked Chicken Drumsticks
Oven baked chicken drumsticks slathered in garlic butter.

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds of chicken drumsticks
- 4 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
- 1 TBSP granulated garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper then lay the chicken drumsticks on the parchment paper in a single layer at least 1-inch apart from each other.
- In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Brush HALF the butter mixture on the top side of the drumsticks and set the remaining butter to the side for later.
- Bake the chicken drumsticks in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Take the chicken out of the oven. Flip the chicken drumsticks over then brush the remaining butter mixture on top of the drumsticks.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for about 20 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
