INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 TBSP diced jalapenos
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
2 avocados seeded and peeled
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp kosher salt
pinch of black pepper
1/2 TBSP lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1 minced garlic clove
1 TBSP olive oil
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Dice half of one avocado. Take the remaining 1 1/2 avocados and mash with a potato masher.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Serve or refrigerate (usually lasts about 1 to 2 days in the fridge).
