Easy Italian Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dries oregano
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping the mixture down the sides of the bowl with a spatula every so often.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for a couple hours to allow flavors to meld.
