Garlic Green Beans with Toasted Pine Nuts

- 1/4 cup water
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts

Directions
- Add water and green beans to a non-stick skillet and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover the pan and let cook for 5 minutes. Drain the beans and set aside.
- Add the oil to the now empty pan over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and garlic and stir constantly until pine nuts are toasted and garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the beans to the pan and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
