14 ounce can of artichokes
2 TBSP olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped black olives
Something to spread it on or dip it in such as:
sliced veggies, pita chips, baguette slices, crackers, etc.
Total Time: 5 minutes to make 3 hours to chill
1. Drain and rinse the artichokes.
2. Place the artichokes, olive oil, and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and olives).
4. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours to allow flavors to meld.
