DIRECTIONS
Drain and rinse the artichokes.
Place the artichokes and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the olive oil, crushed red pepper, olives, 1/8 tsp salt, and just a dash pepper. Taste and season with additional salt & pepper if necessary.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
