Homemade Red Curry Paste
An easy to make Thai style red curry paste.

Ingredients
- 6 shallots, peeled and chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 lemongrass stalks, trimmed and chopped
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 TBSP tomato paste
- 1 TBSP freshly minced ginger
- zest from 1 lime
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
