In a large bowl mix together the water, milk, and yeast then add the 3 cups of flour to the bowl and stir to combine.
In a separate small bowl mix together the butter, salt, and 1 of the eggs.
Add the contents of the small bowl to the contents of the large bowl and mix together until well combined.
Drizzle some of the oil onto the dough then rub the rest of the oil on your hands. Knead the dough in the bowl for a few minutes then form the dough into a ball the best you can.
Loosely cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Punch the dough down then form it into 6 equal size balls and place them on a baking sheet at about 2-inches apart from each other. Lightly press them down so they are roughly 3-inches in diameter.
Beat the remaining egg in a small bowl then brush the tops of the dough with some of the beaten egg. Sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly on the top of the dough then set aside to rise for 20 more minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 15 minutes.
