INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground turkey
2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 TBSP olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Add the turkey and spices to a large mixing bowl and mix using your hands until well combined.
Roll the turkey mixture into 8 equal size balls (about 2 ounces each).
Flatten the balls with your hand to form patties roughly 3-inches in diameter.
Press your thumb into each patty to make a dimple in the center.
Heat a griddle or skillet on the stove over medium heat until hot.
Coat the griddle/pan with the oil then cook the sausage patties until well browned and cooked through on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
