Directions
- In a large bowl mix the MARINADE ingredients together (soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, peanut oil, and black pepper). Stir in the sliced steak and allow to sit while you cook the pasta.
- Cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat until very hot. Add half of the steak to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the pan and set aside on a plate. Cook the remaining half of the steak in the pan the same way then set all the cooked steak aside on the plate.
- Add the 1 TBSP of peanut oil to the now empty pan over high heat. Add the garlic, crushed red pepper, jalapeno, and bell pepper then cook while stirring for about 1 minute.
- Add the 2 TBSP of soy sauce, the cooked linguini, and the steak into the pan with the peppers and toss to combine.
- Season with salt & freshly ground pepper to taste.
