Korean Style Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1 cup beef broth
5 TBSP kimchi hot sauce
12 6-inch flour tortillas
4 cups shredded cabbage or lettuce
1 cup sliced scallions
sour cream
salt and pepper
Directions
1. In a large pan over medium-high heat add the ground beef, sliced onions and peppers and the kimchi sauce. Cook while breaking up the ground beef, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Warm the tortillas and fill with the beef, add the cabbage or lettuce and then top with sour cream and onions.

Notes/Tips
This recipe makes has a rather mild flavor, for more heat add additional kimchi sauce to your preference.
