Ingredients
- zest of 1 orange, dried and pulverized in spice grinder ( about 3/4 TBSP)
- zest of 1 lemon, dried and pulverized in spice grinder ( about 3/4 tsp)
- zest of 1 lime, dried and pulverized in spice grinder ( about 1/2 tsp)
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 4 1/2 TBSP cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Kosher salt

- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container for up to a year.
