INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
  • 4 TBSP unsalted butter, sliced
  • 3/4 cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper



DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the roast in a 6-quart slow cooker and top with the butter and pepperoncinis.
  2. Mix all the herbs & spices together in a small bowl and sprinkle on top.
  3. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
