INGREDIENTS
10 6-inch corn tortillas
about 1 TBSP olive oil
salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Pull out 2 baking sheets and brush them with a little olive oil.
Cut each tortilla into 4 or 6 triangles.
Spread the tortilla chips out on the baking sheets then brush them with a little with oil.
Sprinkle the chips with salt then bake in the preheated oven for around 11 minutes or until they start to crisp up.
Take the tortilla chips out of the oven and set aside to cool for about 15 minutes, theyll crisp up a bit more as they cool.
