4 frozen flounder fillets thawed
1 cup panko crumbs
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 TBSP unsalted butter melted
1 tsp vegetable oil
lemon wedges for serving


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly oil a baking sheet.

2. Add panko crumbs, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and butter to a large bowl, mix to combine.

3. Pat fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on the oiled baking sheet.

4. Top fish with bread crumb mixture and gently press onto each filet.

5. Bake fish in oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

6. Remove fish with a spatula and serve with the lemon wedges.
