INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 TBSP salt



DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir the potatoes, water, and salt together in a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. When the water begins boiling place a lid on the pot and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Simmer the potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and serve.
