INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
3 quarts water
1 TBSP salt
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Stir the potatoes, water, and salt together in a large pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
When the water begins boiling place a lid on the pot and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer the potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and serve.
