Pizza Hut Pan Pizza Clone
Servings: 6
Ingredients
1/2 - 3/4 cup warm water (105 degrees F)
1/8 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
.25oz package dry yeast
1 tablespoons vegetable oil (for dough)
3 ounces vegetable oil
butter flavored cooking spray
8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
toppings of your choice
Sauce
4 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry basil
1 teaspoon garlic
Directions
1. Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2 qt.) bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed.
2. Turn out on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Put 3 Oz. of oil in a 11 or 12 inch pie/cake pan making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a circle and place in pie/cake pan.
3. Spray the outer edge of dough with cooking spray. Cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
4. For the sauce:
Combine ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F Spoon the sauce on dough. Distribute 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese on sauce. Place on toppings of your choice. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown 14 to 20 minutes.
