INGREDIENTS
1 TBSP olive oil
1 pound baby spinach leaves
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
salt & freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic to the pot and cook while stirring until garlic is just lightly browned, about 10 seconds.
Add the spinach to the pot and cook, stirring often, until spinach has wilted, about 5 minutes.
Take off the heat and season with salt & pepper to taste.
