1 lb ground beef
1 medium yellow onion diced
1/8 tsp salt
1 TBSP siracha powder
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup beef broth
6 ounces monterey jack cheese shredded
6 ounces lettuce shredded
12 taco shells or tortillas
sour cream


1. In a dutch oven add onions, salt and ground beef and cook over medium high heat for about 8 minutes or until beef is browned.

2. Turn heat to low, add siracha, garlic, paprika, cumin and cayenne. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes.

3. Add beef broth and simmer an additional 10 minutes. Add salt and papper to taste.

4. Fill warm shells or tortillas with meat mixture. Top with cheese, lettuce and sour cream.
