Turkey Meatball Gyros

Ingredients
MEATBALLS:
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup whole milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
TZATZIKI SAUCE:
1/4 cup finely grated cucumber
8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
TO SERVE:
8 whole pita breads
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all the meatball ingredients. Form the mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter (roughly 40 meatballs). Place meatballs on a lightly oiled rimmed baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until cooked through.
3. Mix the tzatziki sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
4. Lay meatballs and toppings in the center of the pita bread and drizzle with the tzatziki sauce. Fold up pita bread, eat, and enjoy.
