Whole Roasted Tahini Cauliflower
A whole head of cauliflower oven roasted in a tahini sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Slice the stem to allow the cauliflower to stand up straight. Poke the cauliflower with a skewer all over about 15-20 times.
- Mix the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic, and smoked paprika. Pour 3/4 of the mixture over the cauliflower and brush it all over the sides top and bottom. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with the remaining sauce for dipping.
