Homemade Boursin Cheese

Ingredients
4 TBSP unsalted butter, room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 TBSP freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
optional: crackers, bread, or cut veggies for serving
Directions
1. Thoroughly mix the butter and cheeses in a large bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
4. Remove from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
