Ground Bacon Steak Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb top round steak
5 oz uncooked bacon, about 3 pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Cut the steak into strips and grind with the bacon through a meat grinder.
2. Add the garlic powder, half the salt and half the pepper to the mix and put through the grinder once more.
3. Form two patties with the meat mixture about a half inch thick each.
4. Cover patties and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
5. Season both sides of patties with remaining salt and pepper.
6. Cook patties on a 375 degree griddle, pan or grill and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Notes & Tips
Since your using raw bacon make sure to cook your burger well through.
