Naturally Sweetened Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 large egg
1 TBSP raw honey
4 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl stir together the rolled oats, flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl whisk the egg with the honey, melted butter, and mashed banana.
4. Blend your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. Stir the raisins into the mixture.
5. Scoop out balls about the size of a heaping tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. (you should end up with roughly 20 cookies)
6. Lightly flour your fingers and flatten the cookies down a bit. Bake until browned a little on the bottom, about 15 minutes.
7. Remove cookies from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes.
