Mango Fruit Salad with Chili-Lime Dressing

Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and 1/2-inch diced
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and 1/2-inch diced
1/2 cup cashews
Chili-Lime Dressing:
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions
1. Toast the cashews in a dry skillet over medium heat while constantly stirring until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and transfer cashews to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the mango and apple to the bowl with the cashews.
3. Add the dressing ingredients to a small jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well to combine.
