Sriracha Hummus

Ingredients
15-ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed well
1 TBSP tahini
3 TBSP Sriracha
6 medium garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
salt & pepper
1 tsp olive oil
fresh cut veggies, pita chips, crackers, etc. for serving.
Directions
1. Add the beans, tahini, Sriracha, garlic, and 1/2 tsp salt to a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Scrape mixture into a small bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Serve with fresh cut veggies, pita chips, and/or crackers.
