Cheesy Chipotle Bean Dip

Ingredients
2 cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained
8 oz room temperature cream cheese
2 TBSP chipotle in adobo sauce
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese, separated
dash paprika
Directions
1. Place the beans, cream cheese, chipotles, red onion, salt, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place in an oven proof dish and a top with the remaining 1/4 of shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
3. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika and serve with tortilla chips to dip.
