Quick and Crispy Fried Pork Chop Sandwiches

Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops
1 large egg, beaten
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup canola oil
4 buns
optional:
sliced pickles
mayo
lettuce
Directions
1. Pound the pork chops so they're all even, about 1/8 inch thick.
2. In a large sealable plastic bag add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper and shake to combine.
3. Place pork chops in the bag and shake vigorously to coat.
4. Beat egg in a shallow bowl and place bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
5. Dip chops one by one into the egg and turn to coat, then into the bread crumbs and turn to coat pressing the crumbs on to the chops to help them stick.
6. Heat oil in a saute pan over medium high heat until it begins to smoke.
7. Place chops into the oil and cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
8. Place chops onto buns and add the optional mayo, pickles and lettuce.
