Homemade Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (85/15)
2 TBSP finely chopped fresh sage leaves
1/2 tsp ground fennel seed
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TBSP peanut oil (or other flavorless oil)
Directions
1. Add all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Form into 8 equal size patties.
2. Add oil to a nonstick skillet and cook the sausages over medium heat until well browned on both sides and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
