Blueberry, Broccoli, and Kale Salad

Ingredients
4 oz baby kale
1 cup chopped fresh broccoli florets
1/2 avocado, chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 TBSP raw sunflower seeds
Honey-Dijon Dressing:
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 TBSP plain yogurt
1 tsp unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp kosher salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp chia seeds
Directions
1. In a bowl combine kale, broccoli, avocado, blueberries, feta cheese, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a small bowl mix the honey, mustard, yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper, poppy seeds, and chia seeds.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy.
