Israeli Salad

Ingredients
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP lemon juice
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
2. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate for later.
