Sweet and Spicy Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
3 TBSP raw honey
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TBSP freshly minced ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix together the soy sauce, water, honey, vinegar, ginger, crushed red pepper, garlic, and green onion until well combined. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and flip around a few times to coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven 425°F.
3. Place the chicken skin-side up into a baking dish and pour any marinade over top. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and bake for 5 more minutes.
