Marinated Feta and Olives

Ingredients
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
zest and juice of 1 lemon
8-ounce block feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup mixed olives (Kalamata and Manzanilla), chopped
toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving
Directions
1. Add the olive oil, crushed red pepper, oregano, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice together in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously to combine.
2. Add the feta and olives into the jar and screw the lid back on.
3. Refrigerate and allow to marinate for 24 hours.
4. Serve with toasted bread and/or crackers.
