Tomato Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 TBSP chopped shallot
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
10 grape tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp basil
pinch of granulated garlic
Directions
1. Put tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, shallot and vinegar into a measuring cup.
2. Puree with a stick blender.
3. Add the mayo and blend with the stick blender, while the blender is running drizzle in the oil.
4. Stir in the basil and garlic.
