Servings: 3
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 slices bacon
1 large egg
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP garlic powder
2 TBSP BBQ sauce plus 6 TBSP for a condiment
1/3 cup crushed crackers
1 tsp salt
6 small slices sharp cheddar cheese
6 small yeast rolls
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix together the egg, onion powder, garlic powder, 2 TBSP BBQ sauce, crackers and salt. Add the ground beef and mix until well combined.
2. Roll ground beef mixture into 6 balls(about 3oz each). Flatten balls into 4 inch patties, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Place bacon on a griddle and heat to 350°. Cook bacon to desired crispiness and set aside.
