Banana Oat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
2 cups rolled oats
2 large eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Add the bananas, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla, and salt to a blender and blend until well combined.
3. Stir (don't blend) in the blueberries. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
