Ingredients

4 large ripe bananas
6 TBSP 100% unsweetened cocoa powder


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the inside of an 8x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. Peel the bananas and mash them well in a large bowl then stir in the cocoa powder until well combined.

3. Scrape the mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

5. Take out of the oven and allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

6. Cut and serve.
