Thai Garlic Chili Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup Thai chili garlic sauce
Directions
1. Mix the ground pork, garlic, bread crumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and egg in a large bowl with your hands until well combined.
2. Roll mixture into one and a half inch balls (between 20 and 25 balls) and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 425° F and bake meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Toss the meatballs with the Thai chili garlic sauce and serve.
