Spicy Parmesan Roasted Smoked Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes
14oz smoked sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 TBSP cooking oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 and 1/2 inch pieces and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Cut smoked sausage into 1/2 inch discs and add to the baking dish.
4. Add the the onion, pepper, oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to the baking dish and toss to coat.
5. Place in the oven for 1 hour turning everything with a slotted spoon every 15 minutes.
