Easy Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed
1 TBSP paprika
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 TBSP cooking oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Mix the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne,salt, black pepper and onion powder in a small bowl, set aside.
3. Pat the pork dry with paper towels and rub the oil all over the pork.
4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over all sides of the pork and rub in evenly.
5. Place the pork on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Roast for 25 minutes.
6. Remove pork from the oven and tent with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes.
7. Slice and serve.
