Simple Mushroom and Feta Penne

Ingredients
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 yellow onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP parsley
1 TBSP oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp rosemary
8 oz penne pasta
1 TBSP cooking oil
4 oz feta cheese
salt and pepper
Directions
1. Cook penne and drain reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
2. While pasta cooks heat the oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook the mushrooms and onions for about 8 minutes or until onions begin to caramelize stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, thyme and rosemary and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the reserved pasta water scraping the pan to loosen any bits on the bottom.
5. Stir in the penne and feta cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Good but too much seasoning
It's a good dish, I would cut the seasonings in half though.
